“You can't do better for location. Smack in the middle of endless restaurants. Our room was smallish but very clean. The desk clerks, Kathy and Roberto were wonderful. Kathy gave us lots of helpful tips for dining and visiting the Alhambra. Recommend this hotel highly.”

“Overall, a centrally located hotel with a spacious room and good climate control, but several design flaws, maintenance issues, and misleading details affected the experience Cons - Assigned a family room accessible only via multiple stairs, which was not communicated in advance — inconvenient when carrying luggage - Room key cards deactivate very easily, requiring frequent trips to reception for reactivation - Room had two doors operated by the same key card; one connected to a shared maintenance exit, raising security concerns. Although there was an internal secondary lock, it could still be overridden by our own key cards - Hotel was advertised as providing Rituals toiletries (shampoo and conditioner), but these were not available - Furniture and interiors felt dated; bathroom doorknob was faulty and could not be properly closed or locked - Hotel entrance is located in a back alley next to rubbish bins, which negatively affects first impressions - Bathroom design causes water to flow out during showers, leaving the entire bathroom floor wet Pros - Large, spacious room with a comfortable sitting area - Both air conditioning and heating available, with two units that adequately covered the room size - Central location within walking distance of the cathedral and major attractions - Bathroom lighting was bright and practical, with additional mirror lighting and a generously sized mirror”

“As other reviews stated, the location is perfect and yes, the rooms aren’t exactly perfect, but were very clean and we had everything we needed. But I have to write about the service as it was fabulous! My husband and I are on a 14 night tour of Spain and as we pack light, we needed laundry done. This hotel was in the middle of our trip so we had it done here. I have bad allergies to many laundry detergents and explained this to Roberto at the desk and showed him that I had brought my own detergent and asked if he thought there was any possibility that the laundry service would either use my detergent or just water. He contacted the laundry service and explained it to them and they said they should be able to do it. Roberto then called them again in the morning when he wasn’t on duty yet and reminded them. I got my laundry back and they had done it perfectly enabling me to enjoy the rest of my trip without rashes and itching!!! Also, my husband wasn’t feeling well and stayed back in the hotel for the day and they made sure he had everything he needed.”

“Excellent location, very nice staff, very clean, and included everything I needed. I had a very nice time here and will suggest it to.others too. My only issue was the breakfast. I think they can work a bit more on it, especially as it's located in a city with so many orange trees. It was quite disappointing to see there was no fresh juice unlike everywhere else in the city, and fruit options were limited and not interesting. Sometimes there was a bit of noise from upstairs walking. But in general this was a great place to stay and I'd definitely recommend it. I had a very nice stay there.”
